When sprocket and mooring drum are separated by clutch, aux drum can be operated. Operating handle is set beside of anchor winch which is set with measuring equipments. <br /> •Ropes capacity of cable drum is ¦100mm×220m and its middle is set with diaphragm.<br /> •Power of anchor winch is set in hydraulic station on upper deck bow. <br /> •Anchor winch should have BV certificate. <br /> <br /> HYDRAULIC MOORING WINCH <br /> •2 sets electrical hydraulic mooring winch are set on poop deck with 2 cable drums and 1 aux drum. Rope capacity of cable drum for each winch is¦10mm×220m and its middle is set with diaphragm. One clutch and handle brake are set for each cable drum. When cable drum is separated by clutch, aux drum can be operated. Operating handle is set beside of mooring winch which is set with measuring equipments. <br /> •Power of mooring winch is set in steering gear room. <br /> •Mooring winch should have BV certificate. <br /> <br /> HYDRAULIC STEERING GEAR <br /> •One set 450KN.m steering gear is set for the vessel that type is electrical hydraulic fork and is equipped with 2 sets pumps group which is composed by motor, valves and oil tanks. Valves group can be directly controlled and operated from bridge room or steering gear room, so as started and stopped motor. <br /> •Steering gear can be started by any one pump group. <br /> •When the vessel is sailing at maximum speed, steering gear started by one pump group can rotate rudder from one side35º to another side 30º in 28 seconds. <br /> •Auto-pilot unit can automatic, servo and handle steering in bridge room. <br /> •Auto alarm device for lost electricity, overload, low level and phase broken are set in bridge room and engine monitoring room.
